Lions Mane bites

Ingredients

  • Lions mane mushroom

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

  • Sea salt

Directions

  1. Rip Lions mane into small pieces

  2. Heat pan to medium-high heat

  3. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to the pan and 1 tsp of butter

  4. Once butter has melted add lions mane pieces to pan

  5. Make sure to turn pieces so that they get an even golden brown

  6. Remove from pan, sprinkle with sea salt and ENJOY!
