Blackened Lions Mane

~Perfect for tacos

 
 

What you will need:

1 lb of fresh Lions Mane Mushroom

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp oreagno

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp thyme

1/4 tsp cheyenne

  1. Cut lions mane into 1/4 inch thick strips

  2. Mix all spices in a small bowl

  3. Heat pan up to med/high heat

  4. Roll strips of Lions Mane in seasoning

  5. Cook for roughly 5 mins, turning the Lions Mane frequently

  6. Enjoy!

    We really love to use blackened lions mane to make tacos.
