Blackened Lions Mane
What you will need:
1 lb of fresh Lions Mane Mushroom
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oreagno
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp cheyenne
Cut lions mane into 1/4 inch thick strips
Mix all spices in a small bowl
Heat pan up to med/high heat
Roll strips of Lions Mane in seasoning
Cook for roughly 5 mins, turning the Lions Mane frequently
Enjoy!
